Who We're Looking For: As a key member of the IT team, the IT Desktop Technician will deliver skilled, professional, and customer-focused technical support to LABORIE employees, ensuring reliable access to technology and systems that support the business. Collaborate with IT team members across key technologies, support end-to-end incident and request resolution, and contribute to projects that drive innovative, secure, and scalable technology solutions across the organization. About the Role: Troubleshoot, support, and resolve incoming technical issues for Laborie team members, including hardware and software issues. Provide problem analysis to collect repetitive issues and drive to closure through root cause analysis and other ITIL processes. Identify, research, and recommend automation tools and other modern solutions to better enhance the Laborie user experience. Partner with providers, such as technology suppliers and wireless carriers, to provide devices, solutions, and support to the organization. Minimum Qualifications: Competency in a wide range of desktop technologies including MS Windows, Apple OS, Active Directory, User and Group Management, and MS Office Suite. Experience using Microsoft System Center Configurations Manager (SCCM) and/or InTune to create and deploy packages and manage endpoint device compliance. Ability to use collaboration tools including MS Teams, as well as remote support tools like GoToAssist. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree in information technology ore related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-3 years of experience in a Service/Help Desk or technical support role. Strong working knowledge of MS Windows, Apple OS, Active Directory/Entra ID, User and Group Management, and MS Office Suite.
