Senior Wellness Coordinator (RD)

Overview Senior Wellness Coordinator (RD) position in Colorado Springs, CO with Bon Appetit at Colorado College. Location: Bon Appetit at Colorado College Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday, with some evenings and weekends based on business needs Requirement: Registered Dietitian (RD); campus/corporate wellness experience preferred Salary: $65,000 - $71,000 per year Responsibilities As our Senior Wellness Coordinator, you’ll serve as the primary resource for all things nutrition—overseeing nutrition and wellness program implementation, ensuring accurate menu labeling and allergen compliance, and supporting food allergy and special diet needs. Collaborate with culinary teams, account leaders, and clients to create meaningful, health-focused experiences. Contribute to quality assurance initiatives and drive client satisfaction, engagement, and long-term success. Coordinate and deliver nutrition and wellness programs and initiatives. Develop and present educational materials for events such as health fairs, lunch-and-learns, program launches, regional and district meetings, and client presentations. Support wellness-focused marketing initiatives by contributing to social media campaigns. Manage menu and recipe development and ensure accurate nutrient analyses. Lead implementation of wellness initiatives and provide ongoing training and support for assigned accounts to maintain program success. Serve as the resource for nutrition education, sustainability guidance, and wellness inquiries from clients, customers, and associates. Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of nutrition and food allergy information, ensure compliance with wellness standards, and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness promotion activities. Contribute to business growth by supporting account retention, participating in sales presentations, and assisting with quarterly business reviews.
