Director of Resort Operations

Our client is looking for a Director of Operations to help manage the day to day operations of the resort and to help expand the facilities into a "desination" location. Director of Resort Operations compensation: Base salary of $150-170k + annual bonus Full benefits Paid vacation and PTO Director of Resort Operations responsibilities: Lead daily operations across hospitality, retail, RV resort, and food service businesses Develop operational strategies, SOPs, KPIs, and process improvements to drive efficiency and growth Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategic planning, expansion, renovations, and special projects Manage budgets, forecasting, pricing, cost control, and profitability across business units Lead, mentor, and develop teams while driving accountability, training, retention, and succession planning Ensure quality, safety, security, regulatory compliance, and exceptional guest experiences Use guest feedback and market trends to improve service, engagement, and customer loyalty Director of Resort Operations requirements: Bachelors in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related 8+ years of management experience in multi-department hospitality or resort operations Full P&L experience and reporting Proven ability to lead large diverse hospitality, retail and food service teams JOB ID: 180643#post Josie Crudo #J-18808-Ljbffr Nbutexas
