We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Department Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, automotive service knowledge, and experience coordinating repairs and ordering parts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and accurately understand their service and repair needs.
• Write and manage repair orders and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
• Order, track, and coordinate automotive parts needed for repairs.
• Communicate with parts suppliers and verify parts availability, pricing, and delivery times.
• Provide customers with updates on repair status, costs, and completion times.
• Review completed repairs and explain services performed to customers.
• Maintain accurate records and help ensure a smooth, organized service department.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive service environment preferred.
• Knowledge and experience ordering automotive parts is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
