Proven Track Record: Deep experience as a dealership Service Advisor with consistent high performance in sales and customer satisfaction (CSI) scores.

Sales & Consultation Mastery: You know how to build trust, present menu options, handle objections, and maximize Customer Pay Effective Labor Rate (CPELR).

Strong Organization: Relentless follow-up, clean documentation, and a process-driven approach to keeping your customers informed.
