The candidate will work across the organization and requires active communication with internal partners. Strong customer support skills along with the ability to write clear and concise technical documentation is a must. Candidates must have broad technical ability across hardware and software.QualificationsBS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline5+ years of experience in platform/software development, validation, or support.Significant Linux skillset, preferably with embedded Linux software development.platform-level application development or scripting and debug (preferably Java and C)platform enabling experience and understanding of software stack from FW/BIOS, boot loader, OS, driver, network to application.familiar with Network protocols and how to debugfamiliar with implementing software in the cloudexperience dealing with and managing customer escalationsdemonstrated ability to listen, understand, and communicate professionally to customers
