Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer, you will play a key technical and coordinating role, taking the lead on design while supporting project management activities across a wide range of civil engineering projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, mentor engineers, and contribute directly to high-quality and innovative projects. Requirements Lead and perform civil engineering design on a large variety of projects Prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates under the direction of the Project Manager Assist with project management tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and client coordination Maintain regular client communication to ensure compliance with project scope, budget, and schedule Supervise and mentor engineers in the performance of their work Apply relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory requirements Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver practical, high-quality engineering solutions Qualifications and Experience Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) Registered Civil Engineer (California) 5–10 years of related civil engineering design experience Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment What We Offer Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) plan with company match.
