Note this is an on site role in Cleveland, Ohio's NorthEastern Suburbs and Relocation assistance is offered.
Stable Expanding Ohio based Essential Industry Manufacturing Firm.

Small Collaborative I.T. Team, New and Interesting Projects.
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Current-Recent experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) with a focus on CRM, Supply Chain and F&O Modules (and sub-modules)
- Experience extracting D365-SQL Data for Data Reporting (Power BI/PowerApps), Experience with Metrics, ROI, Project Timeline, Project Variable reporting is preferred.
- Strong Business Analysis Skills: Requirements Gathering, Data Flow Diagramming, UAT [user acceptance testing]; project coordination, user applications training/support, liaison between technical teams and user teams (experience working as the voice of the user to technical-coding teams)
- Strong Attention to Detail and Strong Oral communication skills
Pluses:
- Formal or Informal MS365/MS-ERP/MS-CRM Training and/or certifications
- A BS Degree
- Experience working in a similar D365 Business Analyst role for a Manufacturing or Supply-Chain-Distribution type company.
