Responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction, revenue, growth, and profitability of branch through effective coordination of customer service, employee training and development, equipment and facility resources, safety programs, and promotion of all corporate goals and objectives.Essential Job Functions:Initiate and develop positive business relationships with clients and entities in an effort to cultivate business development and retentionMaintain proper staffing levels throughout the branch to meet team goalsProvide strong leadership to all branch employees including performance management and company policy enforcementAnalyze operations to determine areas of potential cost reduction and production improvement; develop branch goals and performance objectivesPrepare annual labor and equipment budgets; monitor all project budgetsDirect and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with production, pricing, sales, or distribution of productsNegotiate or approve contracts and agreements with suppliers, distributors, and other organizational entitiesFacilitate branch services as needed, may require night/weekend reachability by phoneAdditional responsibilities as assignedRequirements:5+ years account management experience5+ years crew management experienceExpertise in industry basics: landscape design, construction, irrigation, maintenance, blueprints, and equipment utilizationThorough knowledge of current state and federal landscaping and zoning laws and related compliance requirementsValid driver's license and ability to meet Premier's guidelines for driver eligibilityProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applicationsStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsProven success in a supervisory/leadership rolePrevious experience with business segment financial management and basic accounting principles/best practicesPhysical Requirements:Extended periods of sitting or standingExtended periods using computer and mobile phoneOccasional walking on job sitesOccasional stooping, bending, lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.Premier Service is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
