Job Summary
Job Summary
Under the direction of the Principal perform a variety of general clerical duties in support of an assigned school office; answer phones and greet and assist students parents staff and visitors; update attendance information and process student registration information.

Comments and Other Information
Substitute Clerical staff are needed to work on an on-call as needed basis and could be for a school site or department pending the support that is needed. A substitute for this assignment would typically work between 3-8 hours per day typically scheduled between 8:00 am and 4:30pm. All classified substitutes shall be paid at step 1 or A1 as indicated on the salary schedule for the assignment they are subbing in. Fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice and/or FBI online trainings and proof of being cleared of Tuberculosis and online trainings are required prior to starting employment. Experience working for a district is a plus. Applications will be reviewed and considered as time allows.
