Job Overview Hospitality is a key component in this position, so you should be comfortable listening to and accommodating our guests and employees. You should have good employee rapport, be able to teach, coach, and guide the team, and understand and utilize basic cost control, food cost control, profit and loss, and minimize waste. You should have an eye for detail to prepare delicious, appetizing chicken and use technology such as Aloha, Kitchen Display Systems, and a POS system. Accurate handling of cash and financial transactions is required, as is strong support to the General Manager.
