We are seeking reliable Packaging Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in West Jefferson, OH . This is a contract opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, operating production equipment, and maintaining high standards for safety and quality.

We are seeking reliable Packaging Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in West Jefferson, OH . This is a contract opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, operating production equipment, and maintaining high standards for safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and quality standards.
- Report any safety, quality, or equipment concerns to supervision.
- Operate packaging equipment, including case packers, conveyors, cappers, coders, sleevers, and robotic palletizing equipment.
- Load packaging materials and monitor equipment during production.
- Perform equipment changeovers, minor adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
- Set up equipment and materials for production runs.
- Complete required quality inspections and accurately document production information.
- Cover other operator positions during breaks and lunches as needed.
- Operate a manual pallet jack.
- Assist with inventory transactions and production reporting.
- Notify supervisors of major mechanical issues or equipment abnormalities.
- Train new team members when needed.
- Participate in safety meetings and required training.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Previous manufacturing or food production experience.
- Experience operating high-speed packaging equipment or robotic palletizing systems.
- 1-3 months of manufacturing or production experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
