About the Role

The role also involves partnering with executive leadership and investors on financial performance, forecasting, and capital planning, and providing financial leadership for restructuring, operational improvements, and cost discipline initiatives. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a CPA, with a public accounting foundation being highly valued. Experience in private equity-backed environments is essential, and a background in healthcare, multi-site, or a closely related service industry is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of reimbursement models, employer-sponsored healthcare plans, and insurance dynamics, and a proven track record in process improvement and building scalable finance infrastructure.
