About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Finance and Revenue Management to provide strategic financial leadership for its amusement park and entertainment portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, revenue management, pricing strategy, and fiscal operations to maximize revenue across all park revenue streams. This role requires a strong background in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management, with a focus on maintaining financial discipline and sound reporting practices. The VP will also be involved in developing and managing the annual operating budget, leading forecasting cycles, and preparing various financial reports for the COO and senior leadership teams. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 10 years of progressive finance and/or revenue management experience, and a proven track record in the attractions, theme park, hospitality, or entertainment industry. Essential qualifications include experience in revenue management principles, demand-based pricing, yield management, and per capita spending optimization. The role also involves building and maintaining financial models, ROI analyses, and capital investment business cases, as well as leading a team of financial analysts and labor schedulers. A strong command of financial systems, ERP platforms, and business intelligence tools is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA, CPA, or CMA designation.
