ICU RN (Full-Time, Night Shift)

Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care in a 6-bed ICU with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of Med/Surg experience and is interested in developing critical care skills in a supportive environment. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, promoting patient and family-centered care, educating families on illness management, and ensuring safety and quality compliance.
