Midlevel Asset Management and Investment Funds Associate

Job Description K&L Gates is seeking a midlevel/senior Asset Management and Investment Funds associate to join one of our Boston, New York, or Washington, DC offices. The ideal candidate will have four to seven years of experience and demonstrated expertise in registered funds, regulatory, or private funds spaces. Responsibilities Associate will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. The role requires working independently and as part of a team to deliver high‑quality client service. Qualifications Four to seven years of relevant experience in asset management or investment funds. Demonstrated expertise in registered funds, regulatory, or private funds spaces. Strong academic credentials. Excellent communication skills. Self‑starter who can work independently and within a team. Commitment to providing the highest quality client service. Compensation Base Compensation: $295,000 - $420,000 (salary determined during interview based on experience, expertise, business needs, and market factors).
