Position Overview: The Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) serves as a strategic advisor and coach to a portfolio of franchisees within the Outdoor Lighting Perspectives brand. This role provides operational guidance, financial coaching, sales and marketing alignment, training support, sourcing and pricing analysis, and process improvements to drive performance and long-term success.
Location: Richmond, VA (preferred) or Remote in the United States

- Field Visits & Reporting
Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in franchising operations, franchisee coaching, business consulting, or a related field.
- Bachelors degree in business or a related field is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Analytically minded with the ability to evaluate performance data to identify growth opportunities
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and stay composed under pressure
The estimated compensation range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 annually. Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to years of experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
