Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
• Holds or is eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience working in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Knowledge of current best practices in assessment and therapy for children and young adults
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and effective digital communication skills
• State SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Strong collaboration skills with educators, parents, and other support personnel

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs through standardized and informal assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy plans for students
• Provide direct therapy, both in person and virtually, to address communication and swallowing disorders
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support academic and social success
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Support students’ transition and generalization of skills across educational settings
