This full-time contract position offers 35-37.5 hours per week, providing a unique split role between a special education preschool and an elementary school. Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Missouri
• Prior experience in a school setting is strongly preferred
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Flexibility to manage responsibilities across two school sites

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Deliver direct therapy services in both preschool and elementary school settings
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students’ success
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students’ progress and goals
• Adapt interventions and strategies to accommodate a diverse caseload
