We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and compassionate Full-Time/Part Time Bilingual Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced dental team. In this role, you will be a vital link between our clinical staff and diverse patient community. You will assist dentists with chairside procedures, manage patient comfort, and maintain high clinical and sterilization standards. Your bilingual skills will actively bridge communication gaps, ensuring every patient understands their treatment plans and feels welcome

Core Responsibilities. And light Front Desk duties such as answering calls if needed.

• Chairside Assisting: Act as a chairside assistant to the dentist utilizing standard four-handed dental techniques across various treatments including general dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, and implant dentistry.
• Bilingual Patient Care: Greet patients, conduct intake protocols, and translate medical histories, treatment plans, and post-operative care instructions between English and Spanish.
• Radiography & Imaging: Take high-quality digital dental X-rays, intraoral scans, and operate 3D scanners according to state safety protocols.
• Infection Control: Clean, sterilize, and set up treatment rooms and dental instruments following OSHA and healthcare infection prevention standards.
• Patient Education: Teach basic routine oral health and hygiene education to patients and answer clinical questions thoroughly.
• Records & Administration: Manage and chart patient records accurately using electronic dental record systems (such as Dentimax) while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance.
• Team Operations: Coordinate with the dental receptionist to manage patient flow, answer phone inquiries, and order clinical supplies to optimize everyday operations.
