Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
• Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Previous experience delivering SLP or PT services in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Proficiency with IEP processes and effective documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for helping students develop essential communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services in both group and individual settings
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per school and regulatory requirements
• Track student progress, adapt interventions, and communicate updates to all stakeholders
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
