We are currently seeking a Insurance Defense Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team. This is an exhilarating opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to showcase their skills in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Responsibilities: As an Insurance Defense Litigation Associate, you will be expected to:

• Manage all aspects of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies, conduct effective legal research, and draft compelling legal documents.
• Represent clients in court and at depositions, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.
• Provide legal advice to clients and advise them on their rights and obligations.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop defense strategies, while also working independently on various cases.
• Stay abreast of current legal trends and updates in insurance defense litigation.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Litigation Associate role will have:

• A J.D. degree from an accredited law school and an active member in good standing of the Pennsylvania bar.
• A minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense.
• Proven experience in handling depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
