State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA)

PRN | $20/hour | Night Shift Opportunities | 6p-6a

Join our team at Alpine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center , a premier provider of skilled nursing care in Xenia, OH . As a PRN State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) , you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

About the Role:

As a PRN STNA, you will work on an as-needed basis to provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to our residents. You will also help with feeding, toileting, and incontinence care, as well as assist with mobility and transfer activities. Your exceptional communication skills and warm demeanor will enable you to build strong relationships with our residents, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and incontinence care

• Provide mobility and transfer assistance as needed

• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)

• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and services

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure individualized care plans are in place and updated as needed

• Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents

Requirements:

• Must be a State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) certified in the state of Ohio

• Previous experience in long-term care or healthcare environment a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Emotional stability and ability to work effectively in a team environment
