What You'll Do

As an MHRS, you'll play a key role in ensuring that each individual served receives the highest quality of care. You will:

• Provide direct care services to individuals served.
• Mentor, support, and coach team members to ensure duties are completed effectively and compassionately.
• Participate in treatment planning, crisis intervention, and group interventions.
• Monitor implementation of treatment plans and support daily operations.
• Document services and maintain compliance with policies, guidelines, and accreditation standards.

This role is both hands-on and leadership-focused-perfect for someone who enjoys guiding others while directly supporting individuals in care.


What We're Looking For

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree (required).
• Master's degree - Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field (preferred).
• Experience:
• Four (4) years' experience (required)
• Graduate education may substitute on a year-for-year basis; post-associate clinical experience may also apply
• 6+ months working with a mental health population (preferred).
• Licenses/Certifications:
• Any client-mandated certifications/training (required).
