What we hope you bring to the table Experience: 3-5 years in an industry‑related field, including HVAC Systems and DDC Systems Know-How: Deep understanding of BAS control components, control strategies, and programming. Software Proficiency: Tridium Certification and Distech experience would be a plus, but not a requirement. What you’ll do Plan & Prepare: Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop comprehensive commissioning plans that capture every detail and nuance of our sophisticated control systems. Inspect & Verify: Conduct rigorous pre‑installation checks and inspections to ensure that every component is perfect before it’s put into place. Test & Troubleshoot: Perform in‑depth functional testing to verify that every control system operates precisely as designed, identifying, and resolving any issues with finesse. Integrate & Optimize: Ensure seamless integration of control components with overall HVAC systems, optimizing performance and efficiency for peak operation. Document & Educate: Meticulously document every step of the commissioning process and provide hands‑on training to operators, ensuring they’re fully equipped to maintain top‑tier system performance. Program & Innovate: Craft custom control strategies and software programs that push the boundaries of what our systems can achieve. Troubleshoot & Resolve: Diagnose issues and implement effective solutions to ensure seamless system operation.
