You will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from identifying and engaging qualified technical professionals through to successful placement. This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who enjoys sourcing, screening, relationship building, and finding creative ways to connect with hard-to-find technology talent. You will: Source and identify qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and other creative sourcing strategies. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand technical requirements, team needs, and ideal candidate profiles. Conduct detailed candidate screening and interviews, assessing technical experience, communication skills and career goals. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals across a variety of technical disciplines. Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and creating a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer and placement. What you bring to the job You will come with a strong understanding of technical recruitment and the confidence to engage with both candidates and hiring stakeholders. Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. 3-5 years of professional recruiting experience, with a strong focus on IT or technical recruitment, within an Agency LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other professional sourcing platforms Strong familiarity with online sourcing and recruiting tools Confident and professional when speaking with technical candidates and business stakeholders Highly organized with strong follow-through Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently Options Consulting Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all individuals.
