Operations Supervisor - Miami Design District

Summary Reports to the General Manager and oversees back-of-house store operations for the Miami Design District location. Responsible for inventory control, shipping and receiving, stockroom organization and supporting sales floor activities to ensure operational excellence. Acts as a key holder and assists with POS closeouts, bi‑monthly finance packs and customer‑facing tasks as needed. Responsibilities Monitor sales floor stock to ensure all pieces are represented with current visual merchandising sets. Communicate product stock level and quality issues to management to prevent shrink. Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and reorganize BOH to maximize efficiency and client experience. Perform shipping and receiving tasks efficiently and process customer shipments per company standards. Assist with physical inventory, cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies and differential reports. Support key holder responsibilities such as opening/closing the store, POS closeout and sending EOD reports. Process damages and track repairs, coordinating COG and stock repairs and communicating progress. Process consolidations and transfers within deadlines and maintain accurate records of all stock movement. Monitor store supply levels and communicate ordering needs to management. Requirements Minimum of two years experience in a retail back of house environment; luxury experience preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to build partnerships with associates and corporate partners. Proficient with retail POS systems, Microsoft Word and Excel, and email. Self‑motivated, proactive with a positive, can‑do attitude and ability to multitask in a high paced environment.
