VACANCY Administrative Assistant needed at Spearfish High School. Spearfish High School has an approximate enrollment of 725 students, grades 9 – 12.

DESIRABLE SKILLS: Strong computer skills, oral and written communication skills, informational system management, manage multiple tasks and roles in a fast-paced setting, positive interpersonal skills, flexibility. This position assists in the organization, operation and facets of the day-to-day activities at Spearfish High School, while promoting an atmosphere conducive to the effective operation of the school, and to ensure that optimal services are made available to the staff, students and parents/guardians.

WAGE/HOURS: $17.70 per hour, 8 hours per day, 10 or 11 month position. Selection applications and supporting data will be reviewed by a screening team.
