Shift Leader Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all Restaurant activities while on duty
  • Collaborate with the Management Team to support the Restaurant's business plan
  • Ensure all team members meet job responsibilities and expectations

Shift Leader Job Expectations:

  • Perform Leadership, Management, and Organizational tasks
  • Supervise teammates and monitor performances
  • Ensure compliance with company and safety policies
  • Delegate tasks effectively
