Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Your expertise in various Occupational Therapy environments—such as school-based OT, home health, general healthcare, and teletherapy—will enable you to meet diverse student needs. Utilize your skills to assess, plan, and implement therapy interventions that foster improved fine motor abilities, functional independence, and classroom participation for young learners.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in California
- Previous experience working as an OT in school settings or with pediatric populations
- Familiarity with IEPs and planning targeted interventions for elementary-aged children
- Proficiency in therapies focusing on fine motor skill development
- Experience with home health, teletherapy, or healthcare-related OT services (a plus)
- Ability to communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
- Strong time management, documentation, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for eligible elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
- Support students’ fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills in classroom environments
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into daily routines
- Provide consultation and training to school personnel and families as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
