In addition, you will:Manage a team of Outside Plant Engineers (Project Coordinators)Assign and oversee projects to team members, monitor projects for timely completion, and ensure a high level of quality is metCoach, develop and mentor team membersQualifications About You:Safety is a value you live byYou have experience managing telecom construction projectsYou embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your teamYou have an understanding of basic accounting principlesYou have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom softwareMOS Codes 12166, 62E1G, 12A, 12N, 12T relate well to this positionCompensation of $90,000-$105,000 annually, depending on the experience.Hard work pays off.
