Senior HR Business PartnerThe PharMerica Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) is a strategic HR leader and influential advisor to their assigned client groups, responsible for shaping and executing integrated people strategies that strengthen workforce capability, accelerate business performance, and enable sustained growth. This role partners closely with business leaders to anticipate future needs, solve complex organizational challenges, and drive enterprise-aligned outcomes. Serving as a key change leader, the Sr. HRBP guides leaders through transformation, influences critical decisions, and ensures HR strategies are fully integrated with business strategy to deliver operational excellence and results.Preferred candidate location is within the Midwest region of the United States - TN, MI, WI, MO, OH.
