Join Gilead and help create possible, together.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Senior Director, Global Value and Access liver, inflammation, and emerging viruses (LIVE), GHEOR the Director role will:Lead the development and implementation of global HEOR strategies and programs for to support key marketed LIVE products and treatment pipeline by being a strategic cross-functional partner.Advocate and demonstrate subject matter expertise to support and strengthen commercialization activities including cross-functional alignment and collaboration with clinical development, marketing, medical affairs and market accessPartner closely with cross-functional business partners to develop and support product value proposition to optimize access, reimbursement and uptakeIdentify global HEOR evidence requirements and gaps; design, conduct and deliver studies, models and tools to support value demonstration and product differentiation for assigned indicationContribute to HEOR input into clinical development programsPartner with HEOR COE to support development of PRO strategiesMaintain up-to-date awareness of industry regulatory issues and research relationships with HEOR KOLsDisseminate HEOR data and study resultsKnowledge, Skills and ExperienceWe’re seeking an analytical independent contributor with:At least 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or managed care, including direct experience in HEORUnderstanding of HEOR assessments and technical expertise in design and execution of HEOR studies and modelsExperience in developing global value dossiersUnderstanding of US/global healthcare systems and reimbursement processes/decision makingGood oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skillsExperience in viral hepatitis and/or PBC US managed care is a plusAdvanced degree in HEORThe salary range for this position is: $226,185.00 - $292,710.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
