USI Insurance Services offers an 18-month Employee Benefits Career Track Program for recent graduates to build a career in client service and employee benefits. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting account teams, assisting with client needs, and learning how employee benefit programs are managed day-to-day. Throughout the program, you’ll work with experienced professionals, participate in mentorship, and engage in networking and community initiatives, including USI Gives Back. #J-18808-Ljbffr USI Insurance Services
