Entry-Level Recruiter

Entry-Level RecruiterFW Logistics is a family-owned, high-growth 3PL provider specializing in warehousing and trucking services. We are looking for an Entry-Level Recruiter to support hiring efforts on the logistics side of the business.This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You'll be responsible for keeping job postings active, reaching out to candidates, coordinating interviews, and helping move people from application to hire as quickly as possible.What You'll Be DoingPost and maintain job ads on Indeed and other platformsProactively reach out to candidates through Indeed and other sourcing toolsReview resumes and screen candidates for logistics-related roles (warehouse, trucking, operations, etc.)Schedule interviews with General Managers and hiring leadersFollow up with candidates after interviews and keep communication movingAssist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth startCreate and send offer letters to selected candidatesTrack applicant activity and hiring progress in Paylocity (ATS)Keep candidate pipelines organized and movingRequirementsStrong communication skills (you'll be talking to candidates all day)Organized and able to manage multiple openings at onceComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environmentWilling to be proactive — not just wait for applicants, but go find themBasic computer skills (Indeed, email, ATS systems like Paylocity)Ability to follow through and close the loop with candidatesExperience / BackgroundEntry-level — no recruiting experience requiredBackground in customer service, admin, or logistics is a plusInterest in recruiting, HR, or operationsWhat This Job Is (and Isn't)This is a high-activity role — you'll be messaging, scheduling, and following up constantlyThis is not a sit-back-and-wait job — you'll be expected to go find candidatesYou'll be working directly with operations leaders to help fill real, immediate hiring needsBenefits:Competitive salaryPaid weekly via W2 & Direct DepositHealth, dental, and vision insurance plans401K w/ 4% match Retirement savings plan
