About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Global Workplace and Enterprise Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating all facilities and site support operations across multiple locations. This includes the oversight of site operations and amenities, master planning, security operations, utility generation and distribution, warehouse operations, maintenance and repair, and management of the Integrated Facilities Management partnership. The role demands a strong focus on creating a great workplace experience, maintaining reliable and safe operations, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a BS in engineering or equivalent, with at least 15 years' experience in a multi-faceted operational environment, and a proven track record in managing large, diverse workforces and significant budgets. Key responsibilities for the Associate Vice President include the development and execution of a strategic portfolio master planning program, management of expense and capital budgets, and the use of data analytics and AI to drive continuous process improvement. The role also requires the candidate to be a strong advocate for inclusion, with a focus on recruiting, retaining, and developing talent. Preferred qualifications include experience with external partners, agencies, and townships, as well as Lean and Six Sigma certification. The candidate should be a strong leader with excellent communication, change management, and negotiating skills, and a deep understanding of utilities management in a manufacturing environment. The position is pivotal in ensuring that the company's facilities and infrastructure services support its global medical needs and are aligned with safety, sustainability, and compliance goals.
