Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing and professional certification in critical care or related specialty. Additional Information: The candidate must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach frequently; possess physical agility, fine motor skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Effective communication skills, reading, writing, and speaking fluency are required. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team is essential.
