This position involves providing specialized pediatric critical care within a renowned children's hospital. The role requires collaboration with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered nursing care, ensuring adherence to evidence-based standards and hospital policies. Job Details Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Current Arizona RN license or multistate privilege license, BLS certification from the American Heart Association, PALS certification from the American Heart Association, and Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification. A two-year Associate Degree in Nursing or a four-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree. Experience: 2 years experience as an RN in pediatric critical care, with preferred experience in Level III or IV Neonatal Intensive Care Units and childrens hospital settings. Schedule: Rotating Shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week. Responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare teams, delivering professional nursing care appropriate for pediatric patients, and adhering to hospital standards and regulatory requirements. Submission requirements: Candidate must hold or be able to establish licensure in Arizona prior to the start date. Active certifications in BLS, PALS, and NRP are mandatory.
