Overview Earn $80,000–$105,000 + $15,000 Sign-On Bonus — With Training, Career Development & a Strong Clinical Team. In this role you will evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and track clinical outcomes to support patient progress. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centered care while maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards. Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes. Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury. Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed. Qualifications Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island.
