This is a hands-on position with ownership across email, paid media, SEO/SEM, and lifecycle programs in a B2B and B2C tech environment. Reporting to senior marketing leadership, the role partners closely with sales, product, content, and design teams to plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns - and to report on what's actually working with data, not intuition. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute integrated demand-generation campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, and organic channels Own SEO/SEM strategy: manage keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and paid search budgets in Google Ads and similar platforms Run lifecycle and nurture programs in HubSpot or Marketo, including segmentation, automation workflows, and A/B testing Own campaign analytics: define KPIs, build dashboards in GA4 and BI tools, and iterate on CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution Collaborate with content and design to produce landing pages, assets, and campaigns that convert Manage agency and vendor relationships, campaign budgets, and quarterly planning Report campaign performance and insights to leadership on a regular cadence What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of marketing experience in B2B or B2C technology, with demonstrable pipeline or revenue impact Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM tooling (Salesforce preferred) Working knowledge of SEO/SEM fundamentals and paid media management (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) Strong analytical skills: comfortable with GA4, spreadsheet modeling, and building performance dashboards Excellent writing and project-management skills, able to run multiple campaigns concurrently Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience Bonus: Experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase), marketing attribution tools, or AI-assisted content workflows #J-18808-Ljbffr
