We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Therapist to provide outpatient therapy services. The role primarily involves treating patients ranging from newborns to hospice care across a wide range of diagnoses. The majority of the patient load is outpatient-based; however, therapies for Acute Care and Swing Bed programs will also be required.

The position is full-time, with working hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Provide therapy services to a diverse patient population, including pediatrics.

Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for patients.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain expertise and certifications.

Must have prior experience working with pediatric patients.

Relevant licensure and certifications as required for the practice area.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to varying patient needs.

No new graduates; experience is required.
