Your Role – Daily Responsibilities

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory diagnostics, including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, following standardized procedures.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, address discrepancies, and execute preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Document all processes meticulously, educate new personnel or students, and contribute to sustaining lab quality benchmarks.
• Ensure a hygienic, safe working environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health education plus ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment.
