Conduct a variety of routine and complex clinical laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, and immunology—following established protocols.
Verify results for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
Support specimen collection and prepare samples for testing whenever necessary.
Ensure all procedures are well documented, assist in training new staff or students, and maintain high quality standards within the lab.
Uphold a safe and clean work environment, complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within your first year of employment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within healthcare teams.
Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in regard to quality control and documentation.
