Responsibilities Work primarily with field staff with new technology and support of devices, fostering innovation to perform daily job functions. Provide agency‑specific end‑user support throughout Salem District VDOT. Offer troubleshooting, problem management, and escalation of issues, and communicate resolutions to customers in a timely manner. Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Qualifications Extensive skill in Microsoft Desktop products (Windows, SharePoint, MS Office Suite, Office 365, MS Teams) – 5+ years. Skill in troubleshooting tools and managing desktop/laptop computers and wireless devices – 5+ years. Effective verbal and written communication with individuals and groups – 5+ years. Experience with help‑desk request tracking and reporting tools – 5+ years. Strong customer service skills with a customer‑first attitude – 5+ years. Provide computer training for field staff – 5+ years. Knowledge of computer/mobile device applications and how they operate in an enterprise environment – 5+ years. Experience creating training documentation – 5+ years. Nice to Have Knowledge of additional enterprise device management tools and support procedures. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mbi Llc
