We are an independent franchisee of Smoothie King Franchises, Inc. Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour (Base Wage + Average Tips) + Performance-Based Bonus (Full-Time, Overtime Eligible) We’re looking for a strong, hands-on leader to run our location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, improving operations, and taking ownership of store performance. This is a full-time leadership position with hourly pay and overtime eligibility. In addition to base pay, this role includes a performance-based bonus program tied directly to store profitability, labor control, food cost management, and operational results. Compensation & Bonus Structure $16.00 - $22.00 per hour (Base Wage + Average Tips) (overtime eligible) Performance-based bonus opportunity Bonus tied to measurable store performance metrics Strong performance increases total annual earnings What You’ll Be Responsible For Hiring, training, and developing a reliable team Creating schedules that balance guest service and labor cost control Managing daily operations and ensuring brand standards are met Monitoring sales, labor %, and food cost performance Maintaining accurate inventory and minimizing waste Leading by example and building a positive, accountable team culture Schedule Expectations This position requires availability on a rotating schedule based on business needs. The Store Manager is expected to work a mix of opening, mid, and closing shifts to support the team. Average of approximately 45 hours per week Rotating schedule including mornings, afternoons, and evenings Availability to support peak periods and occasional weekends Flexibility to adjust schedule as business needs require What We’re Looking For 2+ years of restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred Comfortable reviewing performance metrics (sales, labor, food cost) Strong communication and team leadership skills Someone who takes ownership and follows through #J-18808-Ljbffr
