You'll be a key part of their day-to-day comfort, safety, and quality of life. Greet residents, associates, and visitors with warmth and professionalism Assist with medications per state guidelines Support activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility, incontinence care, and linens Coordinate closely with the Resident Services team for continuity of care Join or lead resident activities Deliver friendly, attentive, resident-first service Other duties as assigned (full job description available) What We're Looking For: 18+ years old (or have a valid CNA certificate) 1+ year experience with seniors preferred CNA/PCA/DSP license or certification (per state requirements), in good standing if applicable Current Medication Training certification required Clean criminal background check Must comply with our Drug-Free Workplace policy CPR/First Aid certification preferred or as required by state Experience with computerized resident documentation systems a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Allegro Senior Living, LLC
