HVAC Service Technician (Licensed – Connecticut)

Connecticut (Full Service Area)
Full-Time
$30 – $45+ per hour (Based on Experience) + Overtime + Bonus Opportunities

Black Bear Heating & Air is growing fast and looking for a skilled, licensed HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in quality work and wants consistent, year-round work.

✅ What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential & light commercial HVAC systems
• Service gas, oil, A/C, heat pumps, and boilers
• Perform maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Communicate clearly with customers (no sales pressure environment)
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately

What We’re Looking For

• Active Connecticut HVAC License (D2, S2, B2 or equivalent)
• 3+ years experience in HVAC service (required)
• Strong diagnostic skills
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• Experience with oil & gas systems
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Professional attitude and reliability
• We are not currently accepting apprenticeships applications
