HVAC Service Technician (Licensed – Connecticut)

Connecticut (Full Service Area)
Full-Time
$30 – $45+ per hour (Based on Experience) + Overtime + Bonus Opportunities

Black Bear Heating & Air is growing fast and looking for a skilled, licensed HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in quality work and wants consistent, year-round work.

✅ What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair residential & light commercial HVAC systems
Service gas, oil, A/C, heat pumps, and boilers
Perform maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
Communicate clearly with customers (no sales pressure environment)
Complete work orders and documentation accurately

What We’re Looking For

Active Connecticut HVAC License (D2, S2, B2 or equivalent)
3+ years experience in HVAC service (required)
Strong diagnostic skills
EPA Universal Certification (required)
Experience with oil & gas systems
Valid driver’s license with clean record
Professional attitude and reliability
We are not currently accepting apprenticeships applications
