Hospice RN Case Manager: Lead Care & Education
Hospice of Havasu
Hospice of Havasu, Inc. seeks an RN Case Manager to direct and coordinate high-quality hospice care in Lake Havasu City, AZ. This role leads interdisciplinary teams, ensures regulatory compliance, and educates caregivers to participate in the patient’s plan of care.
The position requires an AZ RN license, CPR certification, and strong communication skills. The RN will oversee care delivery, documentation, and staff training to maintain compassion and excellence.
