Travel RN – Acuity Adaptable Unit | Candidate Screening Checklist

✅ Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care RN experience
• Comfortable caring for patients across multiple acuity levels
• Able to transition between higher- and lower-acuity assignments during the same contract

✅ Unit Overview

Acuity Adaptable Unit caring for:

• ICU patients
• IMC/Stepdown patients
• Med/Surg patients

Candidates must be comfortable working with all three patient populations based on census and staffing needs.

✅ Floating Requirements

Must be willing to:

• Float within the facility based on competency
• Float to affiliated sites within a 40-mile radius if needed

✅ Scheduling Requirements

• Every Other Weekend (EOW)
• Every Other Holiday (EOH)

✅ Grooming Policy

• No artificial or acrylic nails
• Natural nails only
• Nails must be short (less than 1/4 inch)

✅ Ideal Candidate Skills

• Strong assessment skills
• Experience with ICU, IMC/Stepdown, and Med/Surg patients
• Comfortable with changing patient acuity
• Team-oriented and flexible
• Excellent communication and time management
