Position Overview As a Security Officer Access Intake Coordinator in Burlington, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule Fri: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sat: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor management activities, and/or emergency response support as appropriate for the location. Monitor front desk activity, greet associates, members, guests, and/or vendors, verify access permissions, and document arrivals, departures, and deliveries in accordance with site protocols. Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to site leadership and/or first responders when needed. Maintain awareness of lobby and entrance activity, support access control functions, and report unusual behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations to help deter disruption at the location. Complete required logs, reports, and communication records accurately and promptly, while supporting a professional front desk presence at all times. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Applicants must be 21+ years of age. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
